Since it was founded in 1986 in Moradabad, India, Noah's Ark has grown to an artisan cooperative of 25 workshops with over 700 artisans. The group provides health care and opportunities for youth to live lives free of poverty and exploitation, offering skilled artisans capital and machinery to start their own workshops. With the reliable, fair wages they make in a safe work environment, they have proudly built the only school in the area, which their local children can attend.
